My first-ever foot race, Ferndale's Foggy Bottom Milk Run! (The photo of my cow-covered race shirt has to wait until we do laundry.) 4 miles, 45 minutes. Yes, I know. It's okay to laugh. But at least I came in ahead of the old people and children.
